Newsfront.vue shows the latest news. Quill is now working and quill edited text is shown in the NewsPage.vue and NewsFront.vue, and NewsObjectPage.vue. Added quill-to-html. Time and date for news can be assigned. Styled the NewsComponent.vue page a bit. Time should be displayed correctly on NewsComponent.vue.

Fixed the problem when adding news.
