NFR-03: Page Load Time

Description

As a system, I want the page load time to be less than 3 seconds for any search query so that users have a smooth browsing experience.

Acceptance Criteria

• AC1 - The system should optimize queries to minimize response time.
• AC2 - The application should load in less than 3 seconds under normal server load conditions.
