FR-20: Revisit Previous Search Results

Description

As an authenticated user, I want to click on a previous search to directly see the results from that search so that I can easily repeat my search.

Acceptance Criteria

• AC1 - When starting a new search, an authenticated user should be able to click on a previous search to search with those parameters again.
