Dockerfile uses image from Docker hub

    Hello

    I see that your Dockerfile uses rocker/shiny-verse:4.3.1 directly from Docker hub. I suggest pulling the image from HPC container registry mirror to avoid hitting the pull limit Docker Hub has by changing the source of the image to registry.hpc.ut.ee/mirror/rocker/shiny-verse:4.3.1.
