Harry is adding his service templates

TOSCA service template (Nginx, Docker, Centos 8 VM), and similar one for Apache (as diff). The initial merge request was required by Lab 7, section '6. Commit code and create a merge request'.

NOTE: container_port and host_port work fine as non-quoted-strings, just Winery whines about it.
