Application Management for New Members

As an coordinator, I want to receive the applications for new members, so that I can approve or decline them.
The page should display all applications that are not accepted yet and there should be a possibility to either accept the application or delete the application. For each application the data that the applicant has provided must be displayed and in case of acceptance a user must be created based on the same data (personal details, contact, location, preferred functionalities as a volunteer).
