 Detailed description of each feature:
-- We are going to add one extra feature of Email notification in our system that automatically notify the users when "property advertisement status changes or some new inquiry generates regarding the listed property".
-- The second feature comprises of "displaying trends to the users regarding current market trends, such as average property prices, popular locations, and demand for rental vs. sale properties".
+- When an advertisement is added we will give option to user to add latitude and longitude of the location so we can show google map with the advertisement.
+- We will give option of social media share (facebook) so a user can share  any advertisement to facebook for more reach.
