US-7 Archiving materials

User story

As a librarian I want to be able to upload materials to an archive so that I can save them for future use.

Prerequisites

• The existance of archive.

Acceptance criteria

• Arhive page exists
• There is an option in admin dashboard to archive an exhibition
• The archived exhibitions are moved to the archive page
