NFR-10 Editor dashboard

User story

As a librarian, I want to have a dashboard where I can do administrative actions for exhibitions (edit, delete, highlight, etc), so that I can easily manage the content on the site.

Prerequisites

• Editor view exists.
• Exhibitions can be created.

Acceptance criteria

• The dashboard exists.
• All exhibitions in the system are displayed in the dashboard.
• There is space to add buttons for administrative actions.
