BUG: files don't work

Bug Report

Title: Files and images don't work when uploaded.

Description:

• Files don't work when they are uploaded, they aren't functional in the exhibition visitor view.
• The file should be downloadable
• PDF-s should work as uploads as well

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to exhibition editor
2. Add a file block and upload a file, save and publish the exhibition.
3. See that in the visitor view, the file does nothing.

Expected Behavior:

Files should be downloadable / visible in the viewer.
