US-5 Creating an exhibition

User story

As a librarian, I want to be able to create a new exhibition so that people can view it freely in the future.

Prerequisites

• The librarian must be logged into the system.
• The librarian has appropriate permissions to create exhibitions.

Acceptance criteria

• The librarian can access the "Create Exhibition" page from the main dashboard
• The librarian can fill in exhibition details (title, description).
• There is a "Publish" button that creates the exhibition.
• Upon successful creation, the system displays a confirmation message.
• The newly created exhibition is viewable in the exhibitions list for all users.
