+# How to Make Collection Accessible in ARHUT WebApp
+
+## Prerequisites
+
+- **Valid ARHUT Account:** Ensure you have an active ARHUT account with the necessary permissions.
+- **Collection Setup:** Confirm that the [collection you intend to make accessible is already created](ARHUT-adding-a-new-dataset-tutorial).
+
+## Steps
+
+1. **Log in to [Directus](db.arh.ut.ee)**
+
+2. **Navigate to Content > ARHUT Settings > Website Settings > Views**
+   - Click + button on top right to create new view

+   - Fill all the fields

+3. **Set public access policy (optional)**
+   If you need to make your collection public you need to update the Public Policy.
+   - Navigate to [Settings > Access Policies > Public](https://db.arh.ut.ee/admin/settings/policies)
+   - Add the _collection_ to Public Policy.

+   - Set Read Action as needed (full, custom or no access)
