US-54: Customer ordering

User story

As a customer I want to be able to order set of items from an open restaurant in order to get the food I want to eat.

Acceptance criteria

• Customer is able to look through specific restaurant's menu
• Customer is able to add items from specific restaurant's menu to basket
• Customer is able to place an order if enough money deposited
• Customer is not able to place an order if not enough money on his account
