US-24: Restaurant specify order prepare estimate

User story

As a restaurant worker I want to be able to specify approximate time for the order to be prepared so that customers have reasonable expectations of when the food will get delivered.

Acceptance criteria

• When accepting an order the restaurant can also specify approximate time for the order to be prepared
• This time will be taken into consideration when calculating estimated delivery time
• Order estimated delivery time field gets updated
