US-35: Courier sees how long will the delivery be

User story

As a courier I want to be able to see the approximate time to deliver it so that I can be at the customer's address on-time.

Acceptance criteria

• After accepting an order the courier will see the estimated time of delivery
• Estimated time is calculated based on time of completion of the restaurant and the distance from restaurant to the customer
