US-44: Restaurant filtering by tags

User story

As a customer I want to be able to filter restaurants by tags(e.g. “vegan”, “pizza”, “italian” etc.) in order to be able to see only relevant data by my choice.

Acceptance criteria

• On the customer dashboard there are buttons to filter the restaurants
• Clicking on the tag button will filter out any restaurants from the list that do not have that tag
• Clicking on the tag again will remove the filter
