US-21: Cancel "in process" when no courier

User story

As a restaurant worker I want to be able to cancel an “in process” order if no courier is assigned so that I don’t have to keep food that won’t get delivered.

Prerequisite

• Restaurant has access to a list of in process orders
• Restaurant can access to the information page of the order

Acceptance criteria

• Restaurant can cancel an order
• Order is viewed as rejected by the customer
