US-43: Customer should see what restaurants are closed

User story

As a customer I want to be able to see what restaurants are closed so that I can order from them when they are open (e.g. scheduled order).

Acceptance criteria

• When a customer goes to their dashboard, then they first see a list of open restaurants and then closed restaurants
