US-12: Restaurant see pending orders

User story

As a restaurant worker I want to be able to see pending orders so that our restaurant workers can confirm or reject them.

Acceptance criteria

• Restaurant can see a list of the pending orders in his dashboard
• A button to Accept the order is visible
• A button to Cancel the order is visible
