US-38: Registring customer card number

User story

As a customer I want to be able to specify a card number during registration in order to be able to pay with my card without inserting the same data each time.

Prerequisites

• The registration field is open
• The profile view is developed

Acceptance criteria

• Only a card number can be used in the card number field
• When registering as a user you have a field to put in your card address
• After registration the card number gets saved to the customers account
• The card number is visible on the customers profile
