US-25: Courier registration

User story

As a courier I want to be able to self-register so that I can start delivering food.

Acceptance criteria

• Courier can register using valid field values (all fields are necessary (NOT NULL))
• Courier can't register without at least one of those missing: email, phone number, name, last name
