Volt logo correct redirects

At the moment if user logs in and clicks on the volt logo then user is redirected to the main page with registrations and logins.

It doesn't make sense because why would user who already logged in be asked to log in?

Make volt logo redirect to the corresponding user dashboard if user is logged in.

Acceptance criteria

• As a user when I log in and click on the volt logo I will be redirected to the corresponding dashboard
• When user is not logged in clicking volt logo will redirect user back to the registration and logins page
